A law that was passed on Aug. 29 indicates we must hold a public hearing prior to accepting unanticipated money if it exceeds,000,.. We made the application on June 13 and I went back to see if you (selectmen) had voted at that time to approve and expend the funds but I couldnt find that in the minutes.
