The board has made her working conditions intolerable.. She's being forced out -- let's face it. This is not a voluntary resignation. The work is so far from over -- it's just a shame Arlene doesn't get to stay here and finish it. She's a tremendous leader, a tremendous educator and a wonderful human being.
