[But] having said this,.. I think Democrats can recapture the majority because of the weakness of this administration. But if they do that by simply attacking the president and not presenting a new vision for America, they won't stay in power for long. And if they don't get busy courting and developing high-quality candidates, they will remain enfeebled.
