Sales of whole grain bread and baked goods have jumped more than 18 percent over the last year to more than billion in sales according to the Whole Grains Council. Consumers tell us they love these new products and want them in more varieties. We are constantly evaluating our product mix and looking for opportunities to give customers even more of what they want.
