Our goal.. Is to turn that completely around and make that one of the premiere neighborhoods in the town. We're going to do everything the city can do to improve that area. We're going to do water, sewer and roads. We're going to put in curbs and sidewalks... We're going to look at a fence program... We're going to put in the decorative streetlights that will match the streetlights in the city center.
