The timing for Iran to resume some voluntary suspended activities depends on the behavior of the Europeans. We don't accept the language of force.
Iran is not pessimistic...but it does not permit the others to draw the outlines of talks and to impose them on the country.
However, one can not say that it is a negative proposal.
It cannot be said that it is a negative proposal. We therefore considered it worthy of studying, and worthy of completion.
The capacity of Russia's proposal does not meet all the nuclear energy needs of Iran.
The Russian offer is alive and will have long life.
We agreed members of the [Non-Proliferation Treaty] have right [sic] to peaceful nuclear energy.
It would be a disgrace to condemn with sanctions a country for peaceful research. Surely the world would not accept such an action. But if this kind of mistake happens, the consequences of the wrong actions will return back to those who put Iran under pressure.
They oppose these rushed actions that have come from some European countries. They are against that.
The capacity of the program is not sufficient for the needs of our nuclear program. But we cannot say that it is a negative proposal. We think it can be pursued.
It seems that in the world of politics, lying is not such a big deal.
