Andrew Card
Andrew Card is a former United States Secretary of Transportation, Chief of Staff for George W. Bush, and president of the American Automobile Association. He was a key aide to Bush throughout his presidency and served as the White House Chief of Staff from 2001 to 2006. In 2001, he famously informed the president of the terrorist attacks on the United States on the morning of September 11th. Before serving as Bush’s Chief of Staff, Card held various positions in the Reagan and George H. W. Bush administrations. He also served as a senior advisor at the MIT Washington Office, and was a long-time adjunct professor at Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government.
