Andrew Fastow
Andrew Fastow is an American businessman best known for his role as CFO of Enron during its scandalous collapse. He was charged with Fraud, Conspiracy and Embezzlement in 2002. After pleading guilty to two counts of fraud, he was sentenced in 2006 to six years in prison. Fastow was released early in 2011, having served four years. He addressed the court at his sentencing, apologizing for his actions and expressing regret for the harm done by his decisions. He has since become an advocate for ethical business practices and speaks at business schools and conferences on the topic.
