I know that the (medical) landscape has changed. More and more as physicians we are asking more questions, we are demanding more data, more information. I know that the federal agencies will be asking more questions and demanding more information from the companies

There is some degree of imperfection and although the imperfections are small and the risk to the patient is low, our society and our patients' expectations are very high. Even though it is one in a thousand it is still unacceptable to our patients
