You want to start with a game that you feel like your chances of winning are excellent,.. You do not get to choose exactly how good they are or how bad they are. Thats what kind of gets a little ticklish. You can play some Division II teams that have good football teams. Im not sure how good Lock Haven is; that remains to be seen.
