Any change in the law that makes it harder for the public to know how much insurance companies are charging is bad and should be fixed.

No one wants to deal with costs. No one wants to deal with the uninsured. So each layer of government keeps pushing down the problems.

There is a safety net. It's a frayed safety net and a safety net full of holes. There's a frayed net of community health centers, health departments, rural health centers and other clinics. And they provide mostly primary care.
