It's just a step-up in terms of the pressure on the unions and it's consistent with what they've talked about, pushing to double savings. It's pretty much in line with the strategy that Dixon's outlined.

More maintenance work is being done out of Southeast Asia and China. The real savings are in labor. There's a lot more work to be done and a lot of savings can come out.
