I have no problem taking privileges away.. It comes to a different level of basic human rights if you take away clothing and dignity. I don't know if it is consistent with the sheriff's core values.

It is clear that the worst of the worst are in custody. The streets are safer than ever. Crime is generally down. But the jails, thanks to that influx of arrests, are as tough as they've ever been.
