Sydney pitched really well,.. She usually does pitch well enough to keep us in ballgames. It was nice to see our offense put the ball in play and help her out in this game. Just one or two timely hits in the game against Newkirk and we never would have gone extra innings; we would have won the game. It was nice to end the night with our team playing well.
