First impressions of the season were it was a tremendous learning experience. I spoke with many mentors, including other head coaches as well as my parents, frequently and they all said the same thing? The first year is always a learning experience. I feel I learned a lot, grew a lot and experienced a lot, and at the same time was still fortunate to cut down the nets in the end so I am excited about the future here at Endicott.
