Al Goldstein
Al Goldstein (1936-2013) was an American publisher and entrepreneur best known for founding topless dancer magazine SCREW. As its publisher and editor, he earned a reputation as a champion of First Amendment rights, which he vigorously defended in various lawsuits. Goldstein also created various other projects such as the 24-hour porn channel EVI, an adult bookstore chain, TV talk show "Midnight Blue", and a weekly television series on HBO. He was often seen as a controversial figure for his crass demeanor and frequent use of profanity.
