Customers are very appreciative of receiving a call if a check is not signed, or if we are questioning the signature. It is a relief for them to know that with the new technology of today, we are making sure that their personal information remains confidential, and that we are taking measures to insure that our banking customers will not take a loss on a fraudulent check.
