I'm hoping it doesn't escalate from here, but we have to look out for Martin County taxpayers. I think we've exhausted everything we can do through normal channels. I think it's going to be a pretty big thing and I don't think it'll be a quick, easy solution.

We're not discouraging anybody from applying because some applicants may be able to get there faster than others. I'm not even sure if Owens Grove will be able to move through but there could be some small 10-unit projects or a couple of new businesses.

They're seeking accelerated growth rates and we're trying to maintain our steady minimal growth rates. Their philosophy is having a detrimental effect on our costs for services. You have to stand up and defend your residents.
