San Diego State was very, very good that night. And they just seemed to have more energy than us. We never could close the gap. We're not asking for everyone to be patient. We want to win now. But if winning is No. 1 (in the priorities), then continuing to develop the expectations for this program, and the level of effort that is demanded every day, is 1A.

I think everyone would be more worried if we played at 10 a.m. College guys are a lot more awake at 10 p.m. I think the key is to not make a big deal of it. You stay in the same routine (as you would for a normal 7 p.m. Game), you just push everything back three hours.

Obviously (Rose) is going to make the final decision, but we've meet as a staff. He's good at throwing out ideas and asking questions when it comes to our responses. It's been like how we do most things.

I think there will be a spark in attendance from fans that are glad it's going back there. It seems like it's best for the league.
