[Employees interested in taking time away from work to travel to the Gulf Coast for the American Red Cross or other relief organizations would then be allowed to draw days from that bank so they don't have to take any, or many, unpaid days off.] By doing that, I think we're giving people an opportunity to participate in a number of ways,.. One is by going to the site to participate that way, but also for folks who aren't able to do that by giving up some of their time to assist those employees to support those agencies over the long term.
