The swelling has gone down and the range of motion has come back, but it's still sore. I will have to pad up and protect. I do want to play. I'm preparing to play, but it's whatever they want me to do.

It's huge having him back. He's a big part of our offense, a big part of our team. Any time he touches it, he could take it to the house. Just to have that weapon, whether he does or doesn't, it's a big part of our offense.

I'm not going to lie to you. There's nothing fun about going out there and practicing twice a day in this kind of heat. But it makes us better. It makes us mentally and physically tougher. It's just one of those things you have to fight through to get to the real season.

There's just something mental about going out for that second practice - especially in the afternoon. You know you're going to go out in pads and it's going to be a little longer than this morning.

I think he will. He usually bounces back pretty good. The thing I like about him is when he does make that mistake, he's not scared to go out and make that throw again. He can usually make that throw. Other guys might be timid, but he is not.

The only thing that's going to keep me off the field is something that's season-ending. It's getting better. It's just a little tight.

When you see a guy break as many tackles as he does, it gets the whole offense going, and we all feed on that.
