Amare Stoudemire
Amare Stoudemire is a professional basketball player from the United States who is currently signed to the Hapoel Jerusalem of the Israeli Basketball Premier League. He has played for a number of American teams, including the Phoenix Suns, New York Knicks, Miami Heat, and Dallas Mavericks. Stoudemire is a six-time NBA All-Star, as well as a three-time NBA All-Star Slam Dunk Champion. He was named 2003's NBA Rookie of the Year and earned the 2005 NBA Most Improved Player award. He also won the 2005 ESPY Award for Best NBA Player. Additionally, Stoudemire was part of the 2006 USA men's basketball team that won the bronze medal in the FIBA World Championships.
