Andy Roddick
Andy Roddick is a retired American professional tennis player, who is one of the most successful American singles players of the early 21st century. Roddick won the 2003 US Open and reached four other Grand Slam finals (the Wimbledon final in 2004 and 2005, and the US Open in 2006 and 2007), becoming one of five male players to achieve a Career Grand Slam. He also won five Masters 1000 Series titles and achieved the world No. 1 ranking. Roddick is the most recent North American male player to win a Grand Slam singles event and the most recent to hold the world No. 1 ranking. He has since retired from professional tennis and is actively involved in charity work.
