(Miami) is a university where you can go win a national championship. Certainly any coach would be attracted to that. There are an awful lot of positives there. I think I'm a legitimate candidate. It would be a very, very attractive job to me.

It's pretty much a constant trend. Year after year after year, (technical colleges) have the largest increase, so they are slowly becoming a larger share of the bill, and they are contributing more to the overall increase than you would think.

The good news in some ways is that we seem to be attractive to young families with kids. The problem is the people coming in tend to have less capital at their disposal. They're less educated. They're more likely to work in 20th century as opposed to 21st century jobs.

I do know that there are a number of interest groups that will go through a legislator to take advantage of what the legislator can ask for.
